In 2012 First Watch was looking to reimagine its brand by focusing on the design, menu, and culture. A daytime eatery focusing on breakfast and lunch only was a smaller restaurant concept mainly in Florida, Missouri, and Arizona. The first location they targeted to test this change was in Overland Park, Kansas, a thriving suburb of Kansas City. First Watch had worked with a designer and architect on ideas and renderings for their new design but hadn’t located a company to help execute the plan. Leap was hired to help execute their interior furnishings package and millwork needs with the purpose to scale long term.

Now approx. 400+ stores later, Leap and First Watch have grown together to support their massive growth and be the leader in the breakfast / lunch restaurant concept category in the hospitality industry.
